I have a Toyota Camry, and it was also a bit short across the length of the seat. They really should add about 6-10" to the length to allow it to more thoroughly cover the ends of the seat (in addition to putting straps on the end to secure it).
The bottom line is, it doesn't accomplish its primary task, i.e. protecting the seat from dirt, etc., so I'm going to return it immediately.
It's too bad, as it's an attractive design and the material itself seems durable.
My pal is a great car dog. Sit is in the back seat like a little lady. By keeping the cover half way unzipped, once in a while I can reach back and give her a little pat.
I can remove the cover easily and can now have friends in the back seat without providing lint brushes. Best of all, I can still see that old gray muzzle in my rear view mirror.
