Fun to watch as a grown-up on Saturday mornings while I drink my coffee and read the paper. Definitely thought there'd be other cartoons that I remembered, but fun just the same. Glad I found a deal on a used copy for $6. Some of these are going for $100 on Amazon! Not worth that at all. I also purchased the Donald Duck Classics and must say that the Mickey Classics were a disappointment. I believe there are only 8 short cartoons, all from the same era. None from the original. Unless they've made other DVD's in this collection that they've had to space out, I really don't see why they're so expensive.

$50 restocking fee!!!!!!! Really??? Asinine! Mickey is wonderful as always, but the price for the bit you get in this volume is absolutely insane when you consider other offers of Mickey. Absolutely wouldn't recommend this seller/vendor. I returned this DVD because it wasn't what I hoped it would be as I remember as a girl.

Unlike my fellow reviewers, my five-year-old and I think this DVD is great. "Hawaiian Holiday" was playing (over and over again) on Disney World TV when we were at the Wilderness Lodge Resort and we've been hooked ever since. No, it is not as complete as the Disney Treasues, but they are nice additions to our collection.

I was hoping for more of Mickey Mouse and the classic cartoons like "Mickey's Trailer, or the one where Mickey gives Pluto a bath." The cartoons are fun and there are some I'd never seen but Mickey only has a small role in several of them,

Bought this for showing at school (first graders) during cold recess days when we can't go out. The students ask to watch it more often than I dare show any 'movie' at school. Ordered the other versions (Chip & Dale and Donald Duck), too. The new DVDs are very expensive, so I chose the used-like new options. Shipping was slower, but the price was well worth the wait.

A Kid's Review on January 12, 2005
It's like Disney doesn't care about their hero, Mickey Mouse. I mean, shouldn't a Mickey video really be about MICKEY? Donald Duck, Goofy, And Pluto are really the stars in the cartoons that the Disney Studio picked for this DVD. Mickey almost gets nothing to do!!

"Mickey's Circus" is mostly about Donald.

"Hawaiian Holiday" is mostly about Goofy and Pluto and Mickey only appears for a few Moments!

"Moving Day" is mostly about Goofy.

"Orphan's Picnic," is mostly about Donald.

Mickey is the star in the other three cartoons but that's still not good, he's the star for less than half of his own DVD!!

One of my friends has the Walt Disney Treasure Mickey DVD and it has lots and lots of cartoons where Mickey is really the star. Why aren't some of those on This DVD, is what I want to know?

I got this for my one year old neice and my 3 week old nephew for when he gets old enough to watch TV. My neice loves this DVD. She loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse so I thought that I would introduce her to the older cartoons. I think she likes the older cartoons better than the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. She sat through the whole DVD! For a one year old that says something. The DVD arrived on time and is in great shape.

I wasn't sure how my 2 yr old daughter would like it, since she is used to the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse DVD's, but she loves these just as much...her eyes are glued to the screen!
