Unfortunately the illustrations in this book are of very low quality. Some of them even show what looks like toner smears and scanner-introduced distortion. This greatly detracts from the reading experience. It also likely accounts for the relatively low price. This volume is a good reference piece that could stand a substantial overhaul.
Lots of tables of information, but could have found that online.
I would be interested in a follow-up book if it had expanded sections and more devices were covered.
