Very unprofessionally printed book, with so many mistakes and all kinds of different fonts--style and size. The font colors also vary from black on a page to dark gray on the next. On page 15, for example, she talks about mushrooms and mentions a recipe that should show immediately below; yet, no recipe. They are mostly vegetarian recipes and lots have pasta, which I doubt are very helpful when you are trying to loose weight (not my case, though).
