There are a lot of ads. I understand this is a necessary evil, but e-books and magazines are really pure profit for their publishers compared to the cost of print. So it would be a better value for the price if more length were included in the e-version. That said, I did find some helpful recipes and weekly/monthly menu plans. However, many of us who want to eat clean have to shop at REGULAR grocery stores that often have limited resources or don't have the brands that a Whole Foods or other natural foods grocer carries. My suggestion to the publishers: have a feature recipe each month in which the ingredients were shopped ENTIRELY at local/regional chains, where people actually shop.
