No kidding, this stuff worked better than (rhymes with “manly lemur”). After a friend dribbled a sugary soda through our carpeted family room I had the professional carpet cleaners in to remove the spots, but they reappeared after a few weeks. I had the National chain cleaners clean a 2nd time, but again the spots came back after a few weeks. A co worker recommended the cemco kit and it worked perfectly. I did use a wet/dry shopvac to vac out the moisture after I hand cleaned the spots per the directions. After a busy summer of foot traffic the spots are still gone.

I love FOLEX Instant Carpet Spot Remover. It's the first carpet spot treatment that I've found that can eliminate pet urine stains and odors. I was skeptical but now i cannot imagine living without it because it also remove old stains. I am so blessed to find this product that is easy to use and just works! It's also great for white furniture because it is super gentle but really deep cleans and won't leave any stains or spots!

Had a bedroom carpet shampooed and the worker told me that it appeared that I had used carpet cleaners to remove some spots. Said that those spots would be coming back because that it had gotten down in the carpet pad. He advised me to buy this stuff and to put it on a the cloth and dab at the spots. I had to do it for about 5 times but it worked. The spots were urine from a toddler's leaky diaper and chocolate milk from his sippy cup.
