- Reviewed in the United States on March 29, 2024We were looking for a simple words game and came across this game and we were not disappointed! The clear cards concept is very smart and finding words in multiple directions - left to right, top to bottom and diagonally can be challenging! On top of that - I was not aware that there are more than 1,300 three-letter words in English! We all learned new words - even the adults! I highly recommend this game for hours of fun with your family.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 9, 2024Played the game with three other adults.
We had a blast! We couldn’t stop laughing as our 34 year old nephew ended up winning the game with by far the most words!
Bought another set for friend.

- Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2024I found this game quite challenging but it did get a little easier once I got the hang of it. In the beginning, we couldn't find any words, we just had so many cards in a row that didn't have center letters or vowels or whatever. So it was a bit confusing how we were supposed to make words! But once we turned over enough cards, we were able to start and things went along better.
I think this would be really difficult for children, though it's advertised as 8+. But it would probably be good for their word skills!
We had fun but I'm not sure I'd order again. It's worth the price, though.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 27, 2024This game is great for some quality family time. The fact that it’s 3 letter words enables the younger ones to participate while keeping my teenagers engaged as well. We play it during dinner, take it easy and have fun. Highly recommend.

- Reviewed in the United States on August 3, 2024It took us awhile to figure out how to play. We kept feeling like we were "missing something", some rule or instructions. I even resorted to searching online for a How To Play video, which I found, but even that didn't fully explain some of the questions we had.
HOW TO PLAY [from what we determined]: Players each lay down a card on the table. Players then scan the cards to see if 3 letter words can be formed by combining cards. Letters don't count if they are placed on top of another letter. The first player to spot the formation of a 3 letter word calls out the combo, creates the word by stacking cards, and gets to keep those cards.
If no words can be found, players then add a card from their deck to the card in front of them, on the table, that's in play. Eventually it will become impossible for anyone to find a way to form a 3 letter word and at that point the cards on the table are cleared and a new round begins.
This sounds simple enough. I still feel like there's an element to game play we haven't figured out? Maybe I'm making it too complicated. Even so, trying to scan for words while eliminating stacked letters became more tedious after awhile than fun.
Playing with kids: I played with a grandchild, who's an early reader, which was more encouraging them to spot words than competition. Any game that spotting something first can either be fun - or hard for younger players who aren't as fast due to their age/word knowledge. Something to be aware of with this game.
GAME MATERIALS: At first the cards were phenomenally slippery, sliding and flying all over the place when being handled. The more we used them the less slippery they became. The do show fingerprints, but only slightly. Set includes cards, storage box, and instructions (that I promise we read and re-read but still were confused).
