Im a climber myself and a chiropractic student. I have read many different rehab books. I usually dread reading them because of how dry the writing is.
This book is AWESOME and of its own kind! I really enjoyed its format, information and relevance. Couldn't put it down even when I had to read other materials to study for my upcoming board exams :-) I actually started using many of the methods when treating patients during my clinicals.
It is an easy read and full of well structured material for every fitness and clinical level. Highly recommend it!
