The Veterans did a lot for him in regards to a van and enabled our home to be wheelchair excessible. He server's country for 37 years. Startling in the Air Force then the Navy and on into the Army. Your journal was very much like I kept for advancing and med doses and changes and therapies. God Bless you and your wife for the love and help you gave and I'm sure continue to give.
Buy and read this book, it will inspire you to new heights and give you pause to know that every word is true. David shows us how God truly does work in mysterious and unconventional ways and that believing in someone is sometimes enough to pull them through even the darkest of situations. Sure, you could borrow or loan this book, but the profits from it go to fund the community center in David's hometown, the cost is minimal and supports the outreach.
From the very beginning David R. sent emails to update friends and relatives of the status of his son, the treatments, and surgeries, and their hopes. This book is based on those emails. Reading this book brings you into the everyday struggles, heartbreaks, and victories of this close family as they surrounded David with their love, respect, and support.
I found it to be a wonderful, well written, emotional read, presented as if to a friend.
