1.0 out of 5 stars Finger burn hazard
By Dan Oh on September 8, 2017
The "safety guard" does not cover the area you will naturally want to place your finger to apply pressure while concentrating on the ironing tip and fabric, resulting in a nasty blister on the pad of your finger. A few more pennies spent on the plastic guard would prevent project delaying injuries to the unsuspecting. Now looking for another option.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pro tip: Be careful with the little plastic stand ...
By Kindle Customerjmandresen on January 23, 2016
Pro tip: Be careful with the little plastic stand!

When I put the iron down to rest on the stand, I must have knocked it or put it on backwards, because the collapsable wire fell down, letting the head of the iron come into contact with the plastic base. My iron tip was completely submerged in molten plastic by the time I noticed what had happened. I'm in the process of trying to get all that plastic off now, but I may have to buy another tip.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product!
By Aimee on September 12, 2018
I love this thing! I purchased it to use on vinyl projects that you cant really use a regular iron or heat press on like hats. It works great! Would definitely recommend.

1.0 out of 5 stars It gets VERY hot!!!
By Christie gray on August 10, 2020
The concept of a craft iron is great...my first use of the clover mini iron II was not successful. The packaging has a sticker stating “new and improved temperature control and handle design”. As you can see from the photo there is no guard covering the rod holding the tip. It gets VERY hot. As you can see from the other photo, it gets VERY hot. So buyer beware.
