Used with young readers to support phonic patterns. Great, silly ways of looking at rhyming words. The list allows for illustrated practice of individual words, then on the following pages, they use the rhyming words in a sentence for further practice.

Format: Paperback
Step-by-step this "Sounds Like Reading" series by Brian P. Cleary who wrote the wonderful poetry books and fun grammar books teaches native emergent readers, ESL students and even adults how to read. Through phonics and rhyme and pictures, the fledgling reader will step into literacy. I recommend this series!
