That is what this reminds me of. A splash of lime, that lingers - but not too strongly. Perfect for when you are on a date, and the regular Clubman aftershave is just too manly a scent. My other half likes it, and I'm pretty sure that the hottie down the street is jogging by my house a little more often since I began wearing it.
Buy it, wear it, and throw away your skinny jeans. Once Clubman products touch your skin, your testosterone levels will rise to the point that those types of clothes will no longer be acceptable for you.
Too bad, because it's a classic citrus aroma that fades to a subtle spice even when splashed on liberally, which I recommend. For those of us Pinaud fans, Lime Sec is hard to find and may even be out of production so if you can find it buy it. You'll be glad you did (and so will your grandfather!)
After sticking to the classic Clubman for a very long time (in my opinion, THE perfect after shave), I thought I would try Lime Sec, which I thought would be a perfect, clean summer scent. I was right on the money. It has a very pungent lime smell that dissipates to a more subtle aroma. Even in the heat of summer, the scent lingers nicely. It reminds me of being by the ocean on a summer day. It is a thoroughly pleasant cologne.
For the money, Pinaud offers a fabulous value that can't be beat. They offer a full range of obscure classics that should be celebrated. Especially for the younger generations who are trying to emulate the styles of the older eras, I think you can do no better.
As with all the Pinaud scents, this is a great value.
My favorite Pinaud scent is Clubman Special Reserve but this one is a quality product.
This is where Pinaud Lime Sec Cologne comes into play.
Pinaud Lime Sec Cologne smells like limes. It has a wonderful scent. Kinda sweet. Subtle. My wife (thirties, mother of three) finds the scent pleasant and appealing. I find the scent to be something that does not get old and annoying through the day. You know the colognes that by the end of the day that make you feel sick. This is not one of them. You forget it's there, yet one of the kids asked me at night while cuddling why I smelled like lime, so the scent is still there, and I hardly put any on.
Anyway, that's beside the point. I apologize as I went away from the true point of the review, and why you're even reading it. How to meet women. "Who cares if it smells good? I just want to meet women!" is what you're thinking. Point taken. I apologize. Profusely. But there's one thing to note: I feel an incredible amount of guilt about what I'm about to write as I have experienced all of this. Don't worry, my wife and I are going through counseling, and I think we will be OK. I have stopped using Pinaud Lime Sec Cologne, except at home. I shower before I go out, and use Axe cologne to drive away females.
How to meet women.
Step 1. Use a good amount of Pinaud Lime Sec Cologne. The average female olfactory system should smell you from exactly 5 feet away. No more, no less. Your sister should be able to help you with this, but be careful.Read more ›

Glad to have found this fond-memory formulation. There's something Proustian about enjoying
the aroma once again.
Great value! The scent is kind of a Spanish lime! Does not last for long thoughPublished 11 days ago by Amazon Customer
Well, it is not St.John's Lime but it isn't $10.00 per oz either. Lighter, but has a great lime scent. Plan to use it a lot this summer. Value unsurpassed! Read morePublished 19 days ago by D. HINCHY
The worst smell ever... terrible, terrible, terrible! Smells like glue, I can't believe that Clubman thinks this stuff is good enough to sell! My God this stuff stinks!Published 20 days ago by John
I don't use lime aftershave everyday but do like it occasionally. I ran out of the Royall Lyme aftershave my daughter had given me and decided to try this as a more economical... Read morePublished 28 days ago by Phil M.
Pinaud products are most always good. This is a nice edition. My go to is the original Pinaud. Remember going to the Barber and after they would use a splash of the original? Read morePublished 1 month ago by Keith Miller
