This came in a plastic amazon bag shown in the photo. The bag and the straps are smashed into a crooked shape. We looked up the serial number, no coach bags came up. This purse is FAKE!!! Not real coach.

Coach bags are just so nice, love the leather and this is a beautiful gray color.The outside pocket is a plus for reaching things quickly such as a phone, pen or a small pad of paper. The size of the bag is good to carry a kindle or an iPad. Carrying a small laptop might be a bit tight. A large zipper pocket on one side of the inside wall and two multifunctional pockets on the opposite side., I have several of these style of bags and all of them are extremely functional. I highly recommend this Gallery tote

SO any coach product you buy you get a certificate with the item. That is to let the buyer know it is a coach product and someone didn't get a look alike bag and throw some logos on it. This bag looked the part but when i called coach they said they didn't make this type of bag with this color. So the question remains real or not be real. Coach representative could have just had a bad day and didn't want to look it up at the same token this was sold with no proof of authenticity. I'm the paying customer i shouldn't have to guess. Item was returned

I love love coach and the butterfly collection. I have the pink wallet with butterflies, the card holder and a few other pieces. I missed the purse when it came out and was so excited to see this one on prime day. However I am not a fan of big big purses. This could be used as a carry on item when you travel. I love the design and the zipper in the front. Even the straps are nice. I however made the mistake of not checking the measurements before I purchased. I will say for this specific design there was none but if you click on the black or plain color you can get them. Sadly it was returned because no way could I fill that bag up unless I used it as a diaper bag or something. I will just have to keep looking.
