That's what Coaching the Coach promises and delivers on. Admittedly, I'm a contributor to this book but I've discovered pure joy in getting to know my peers and to "sit at their feet and learn" as I'm reading. The rich diversity of coaches and experiences makes me appreciate the wisdom and lessons often learned the hard way.
It would cost thousands of dollars to glean these insights. Here, the short, easy-reading story format is educational and entertaining plus the coaching tip in the end brings the point home nicely. In 5 to 7 minutes I'm learning a powerful lesson or insight. Small dose incremental learning like this is the way I learn best.
