Top customer reviews
Successful organisational leaders of the future will require effective coaching skills and the coaching experience to assist professionals to transition to managers and the coaching skills to support managers to transition to leaders.
The book is very well organized and includes numerous tips and exercises. An added bonus is the book's attractive format and art.
My only criticism (very minor) is reserved for the proofreader. A few typos and ommissions crept into the text, however they don't interfere with the smooth read and the valuable subject matter. Very highly recommended.
I think this book is great!
