Living in an apartment building roaches will always be a problem. Doesn't matter how much we cleaned, those little buggers were always showing up at night all over the kitchen and bathroom. Honestly I was sick and tired of having them in my fridge when I opened up the door, so I decided to give this a shot. I put a little poison in each corner of the cabinets, drawers and places they normally go. In around a month there were dead roaches all over the kitchen, 2 month they pretty much dissapeared. Few months later they showed up again (like I mentioned before I live in an apartment building so it doesn't matter how much I clean. There's always some dirty fool next door.). I repeated the process and they were gone again, I highly reccomend this product.

Works great on American Cockroach's too. Been renting a place for a year now and recently the need for this product arose. No one likes roaches. Especially when they show up on your shower curtain while you're naked in the shower. I think the last straw for me was when I woke up from a dead sleep because one was crawling across my neck/face. That's a whole lotta nope.nope.nope for me. I recommend the following two tips for your roach problem:
1) Make sure you buy another roach bait also. Not all roach bait gels have the same makeup and using two different "flavors" will absolutely ensure your roaches are eating one of the two flavors. Pick any other brand and use them at the same time so the pests have a choice on which to eat. This is called "ensuring bait acceptance"

2) Even dual baiting as described above is not enough to appropriately address the issue. Search for a persistent insecticide for use around spraying the perimeter of the home. I used "demon max insecticide" (a Cypermethrin based insecticide). Research how to prep the perimeter of your home (rake away leaves from edges, trim bushes or branches that are overhanging, basically make it impossible for a bug to get in your house unless it walks from the ground up the edge of the wall), then you spray the entire edge of your perimeter of your home and a ways up the wall too. You also take special note of doors and windows and there is a spray pattern you're supposed to do there.

Follow these two tips and you'll be on your way to a roach free home. I've already seen two of them crawl out of hiding and dying on their backs. I have zero sympathy considering my shower / face crawling incidents.

This stuff changed my life. I hastily moved into a crappy apartment in a college town because it was in my budget, and after talking to the landlord about their exterminator policy - I quickly realized the mistake I had made. My apartment has a contract with a local exterminator where you're not supposed to use any chemicals besides theirs because they might "have an adverse reaction", but at any given time - I would be seeing anywhere from 1-5 roaches per day (ranging from babies to fully-grown) even AFTER they put out their bait. After doing some reading, I found out that often exterminators only use half strength chemicals to ensure they still have a client. So I looked online for industrial strength bug killer and came across this AMAZING product. I went from seeing bugs daily; to weekly; to never - over the course of about a month and a half. This stuff gave me my sanity back - I can actually sleep and relax and eat in my apartment without anxiety. I even have guests over from time to time! If you have a roach problem, BUY THIS PRODUCT and save yourself the headache. I can't praise it enough.

Let me start off by saying that we have had an infestation of german roaches for a few months now that seemingly came out of nowhere. The house is kept relatively clean. They got so bad to the point that they were in our newly remodeled bathroom thriving off god knows what. Living is wooden dressers, kitchen, you name it. We tried everything from calling exterminators like Orkin, and using glue traps with peanut butter, bait stations, chemical sprays.. EVERYTHING. These little demons seemed to learn that glue traps are meant to be avoided, and enjoyed poison and continued to multiply in astonishing numbers. I finally got fed up and decided to search amazon for the best rated product and stumbled across Invict. LET ME TELL YOU! It seemed as if the moment the package arrived, roaches started turning up dead. I barely got an opportunity to open the package. But sure enough, once i made it available to them, I notice IMMEDIATELY roaches consuming the product and shortly after dying. Ive barely had the product in my possession for a week and i haven't seen a moving creature in a few days! I use this in combo with a roach motel i got from homedepot but together, they have help us to RECLAIM OUR HOME without the use of expensive services. I highly recommend this product!
