It comes with a very cool "grid it" organizer, where you can place all kinds of little things, that tend to get lost in your bag.
Zippers for phone and laptop are protected from water, but aren't very strong. I overstuffed it once, and zipper broke. It was not hard to fix it though.
The back pack has a year warranty, which I have not had a need to test yet.
One more great thing: It is perfect for traveling. The top handle fits snugly onto the roller bag handle, so you can roll it instead of carrying. Also if you put the bag vertically on your lap on the plane it makes a perfect nap pillow. :)
Aesthetics: Looks awesome, I have received many compliments on this backpack. Its slim, not bulky at all.
Practicality: PRO: Fits many items. great use of internal space.
Storage for all accessories a tech person needs.
Built in Rain protector is very ingenious.
CON: Pen/pencil holders need stitching at the bottom, my pencils fall to the bottom of the bag.
Durability: Pro: Ballistic Nylon is very durable, easy to keep clean.
Con: The laptop compartment is of major concern. The stitching (6" long section) has come apart after a 6 months of use.
One of the Zippers has broken an no longer zips (after 8 months). I have to use the other zipper and it can only close the bag if i zip in one direction.
Comfort: Very ergonomic shoulder straps, with plenty of padding and flex.
I would not buy this bag again, which is a shame because it looks amazing.
I have decided to stop using this backpack. It has fallen apart. the Laptop compartment has unstitched. The main compartments zipper no longer works. I have upgraded to an Osprey Quasar. You should look elsewhere.
I also noticed how small the clasps and straps are (again, thinner and less wide than my previous Swiss Gear bag). All in all, I believe this backpack costs much less to make given the worse quality of the components, and should be priced accordingly.
About my actual experience... When I first tried this bag out, I put my laptop in to see how it fit, and went to zip it closed. One of the zippers was not zipping properly (was open on both sides of the mechanism). I figured that, like many other zippers, I could just zip it all the way down to the end, then re-zip in order to get the zipper to catch properly with the teeth to close it. No such luck after trying about 20 times. The zipper teeth were just a tiny bit off and would not zip. I don't believe this would never happen with zippers with larger, more durable teeth, and I worry that even if it did work on day one, the zipper would easily fail at some point in the near future.
I'm extremely disappointed at the quality of this backpack compared with other similarly-priced items.

Like pretty much everyone else here, I love this bag except for one vital problem: the zippers are extremely cheap. Read morePublished 12 months ago by Matt
This was for my wife, who is 5'-2". It looked a bit big for her at first, but when it's not full of packing materials it looks good when she wears it. Read morePublished 20 months ago by Lee Stephen Roberts
