Just to be real, I bought several bottles of 50 year old vinegar when I was in Modena, and they were much better, but they cost about $150 for 250 ml, and that was 20 years ago. But I think the Colavita is as good as anything you can buy for under $50. Try it. And no, I don’t work for them. Just a foodie.
