Without question, the best tasting balsamic vinegar I have ever sampled, and I love vinegars. When you shake it up and drizzle it on something, the mother comes up and is sweet with hints of the casks it was aged in. Brandy comes to mind. It is so strong, it's almost alcoholic. One cannot take a swig of this vinegar.
It must be spread around and allowed to breathe.
