I have recently underwent 2 labral repair surgeries for my hip. I have tried iced pack after ice pack and could not find one that I liked that were big enough to wrap around the hip and stay in place. The compression sleeve is amazing, it hold the ice in place and snug against the hip and if you don’t want a lot of compression that is not an issue either, you just release the pressure on the pump no problem. So glad I found this ice pack and for the price you just can’t beat it!!
