In order to give a perspective for the fit of the wristband, my wrist is about eight inches in diameter. This had me concerned about purchasing a watch online that I could not first try wearing. Many watches in the display cases of stores either do not fit my wrist or they are uncomfortably snug. This includes watches with bands adjusted to fit larger wrists. The Coleman watch gave me the ideal fit when buckled in the very first hole. The band is made of a pliable, but thick rubber that appears to be durable. The band has an appealing design that is similar to the high-tech treads on automobile tires. It is important to mention that the rotating bezel is functional, it is not just a decoration. It easily turns CCW with ratchet action. I have had and tried sports and divers watches that cost much more than this that had rotating bezels that were extremely difficult to use. For anyone looking for a nice sports watch that exudes durability, quality, and taste, it might be advisable to get this one before it is gone.
Update: A few months later, The stem used to set the time and date now frequently comes loose, so you go to check the time and it says some random thing with no connection to the actual time.
This watch is rubbish.I would rate it at zero stars if I could.
Has good weight to it, and is bigger than it looks. The strap is very comfortable.
I definitely would recommend this watch.
