Keep your food and drinks cold, and keep the fun going, for up to 3 days when you roll in with a Coleman 40 Quart Performance Wheeled Cooler. Large enough to hold 59 cans, you'll have plenty of space for refreshments for a whole group of people. Whether you're headed on an overnight camping trip, to a tailgate party, or across the ball field, the heavy-duty wheels and large tow handle let you roll over almost any terrain with hardly any effort. The additional molded handles make it easy to lift your cooler in and out of the car or onto a picnic bench. When the fun is done, the leak-resistant drain makes it easy to empty any excess water, so you're ready for your next fun adventure.

This review is to address one issue really, and that is the handle. I read some reviews that said it was too short, that it would tip over etc. and others that said it was fine. I am five feet ten inches tall and have pretty much what most would consider average length arms. I encountered no issues with the handle. Yes, I have to bend over to pull it up but after that, I can stand completely upright and it only lifts maybe 5 inches off the ground at most. Not enough to tip over and just fine for getting the cooler from A to B.
I attached a photo of me holding the handle standing fully erect to show you how much the cooler is off the ground when pulling it so you can see for yourself.
- Stays cold
- A good size for most events
- Handle too short, tips backwards sometimes
Does what it says on the label and is a very good medium-sized cooler.
I'm 6' tall, I can tow it around without a problem. I can hold the weight when full so no biggy. My wife liked it less because so much of the weight is transferred into the handle which it does do and isn't the best design if you aren't a stronger person. The Coleman extreme looks to be a better design for not having to lift the load so much!!
It held the over the weekend for me and that is all I needed it to do. The plug didn't leak, so that was a bonus!
I found the flat top surface to be rather slippery for sitting random things on it.
Yup, three stars. I paid ~$35....
I found it.
Perfect size for me and my girl friend with plenty of room to spare if others decided to tag along.
Ice stays cool long enough for the whole day.
Small but can hold quite a bit
Keeps ice cool
Stores away easy due to size
Cup holders on lid
Wheels to get it around easier
non so far.
I would recommend this cooler to anyone.
However, the wheels got broken down just at the 3rd time use. And Amazon refused to return/refund it if you've bought it 30 days ago.
After examining the design of the wheels, it should completely be a design flaw. The steel bar goes through 2 wheels at its 2 ends. Nothing but a very slimsy iron sheet is used to anchor those wheels, which is very easy to get broken.
