The Coleman 10-Person Instant Cabin tent makes camping easy so you can enjoy every moment of your outdoor adventure. In about a minute you can have the tent set up or taken down. The spacious tent fits four queen-sized airbeds. The exclusive WeatherTec system, and a well ventilated rainfly keep you safer from the weather. You’ll love the Illumiline reflective guy lines, as well as the pre-attached poles of this instant cabin. Nothing kills a campsite buzz like a tent with too many poles and too little instruction. Enter the Coleman Instant Tent 10, a ten-person tent that sets up in less than a minute. The tent is made using an innovative one-piece design, with poles that come pre-attached to the tent. That means there's no frustrating assembly and no parts to lose. Simply unfold the tent, spread out the fabric, extend the poles, and click and lock. The only thing easier is rolling out your bag and sleeping in the open. The tent is outfitted with Coleman's exclusive WeatherTec system, a series of technical features intended to protect you from inclement weather and nasty storms. WeatherTec tents are built with a coated polyester fabric combined with anti-wicking thread, webbing, and zippers, all designed to keep you dry when the rain comes down.

I camped for a week and had two days of severe storms and flash floods and the tent stayed mostly dry...I did have a small amount of water inside, but was able to dry it with a couple paper towels. The leak could have been water seeping in around a table that was mistakenly pushed against the side of the tent.
I like the convenience of the hinged door, although it did sag a bit so that the Velcro didn't easily meet to secure it (but it was still better than traditional entrances when I was in and out of the tent quite a bit). I had a couple ants find their way in, I assume because I left the hinged door unzipped all day, but other bugs (flies, mosquitos, etc.) didn't enter.
I like having a rainfly so I could easily remove from the tent, spray off leaves, berries, and bugs then dry in the sun before storing. I suggest using a tarp under the tent to protect it...I found it more difficult to clean and dry the instant tent bottom before storing than a traditional tent. Like with all tents, the provided stakes aren't high quality, so over time having better stakes would be useful.
