Stop manhandling those heavy, bulky backyard beasts, and show off as grillmaster with the Coleman RoadTrip Charcoal Grill. The durable steel body is designed to easily tote and set up. Just fold it up, roll it with one hand to your favorite cooking spot and set it up in a matter of seconds with the lift and lock system. The grill comes equipped with non-stick, easy-to-clean, porcelain-coated steel wire grates for 225 sq. in. (1451.61 sq. cm) of cooking space. It's perfect for BBQs, picnics, tailgating, camping or a night on the patio. When you're ready to leave, it folds down small enough to fit in the back of most car trunks.

If you intend to pull it along to your destination then you better bungee it closed.
Works fine as a compact bbq.
When folded, it does not lay down flat. The lid locks down tight and the pulling handle can retract. It doesn't get as compact as some other portable grills, but does fit easily into my car's trunk.
The only problem I had with the grill was when it was folded. Two clamps are used to hold the grill top in place. The grill top would 'pop' loose. This was easily fixed by squeezing the clamps to make them tighter.
Cooking on the grill was normal. The grill was very easy to clean. The gridiron and charcoal grid are coated with a material that makes them easy to clean. The grill is small enough too simply tip over to remove the ashes.
