Everyone's palate is different so I recommend starting with a low amount and keep ramping up the flavor each time you cook until you find the smokiness right for you and your diners.
A lot of people don't realize liquid smoke is essentially precipitated smoke from wood fires. The smoke from burning the advertised wood is captured and cooled until it condenses into a liquid. BAM liquid smoke.

A little goes a long way.
Just some ideas.
Add 1/4 teaspoon to mayo/ketchup/salad cream mixture for smoky burger sauce no-one will forget.
A dash in beans or even baked beans transforms them.
Add a teaspoon to stir fry's for that authentic smoky flavour.
It's great for any vegan meat substitutes.
Most applications only need a tiny amount. The most I have used on one dish is a teaspoon for a big pot of bolognese sauce.
If you like smoky flavours this is a must buy.

Celui que je trouve le plus adapté pour les palais français doit être l'arôme de pommier, l'un d'eux dont j'ai oublié le nom est vraiment très, trop amer pour moi.
Ah un truc cool: si vous êtes anglophone, allez sur le site de la marque et vous trouverez énormément de recettes pour utiliser vos arômes fumés. C'est vraiment pratique plutôt que de jouer au chimiste et d'assassiner nos plats, oui, difficile de savoir la quantité adaptée sans expérience préalable.
