I bought this to use to transport my stuff to a craft show where I'll be a vendor. The price was right and I wanted something more heavy-duty while not being too heavy itself. It holds a max of 180 pounds according to the tag.
These are the things I love about it:
--Real rubber wheels
--Big enough for my 5-year-old to lie down or sit in it (under supervision only -- tag clearly says its not for pets or children)
--Dark marine blue color, darker than the product picture, but I like it much better
--Packs up very tight - telescoping handle goes down for closing
--Easy to open and close, you just push/pull up on the nylon handle in the center of the wagon bed
--Easy to pull along, rounded handle telescopes up and locks
--Comes with a case that has a pocket for the folding mat
--Velcro straps permanently attached to help keep it folded when you pack it up
Things that are OK:
--Front wheels move but back wheels just follow, it is still easy to maneuver but takes practice going around sharp corners.
--Doesn't seem to lock in the center once you push down in the middle of the wagon, you just put the fold out mat and fill up with a load to stabilize it
--Handle could be too low for taller people, I'm 5'2" and it was perfect

PRO's: We love the cover that comes with it for easy travel and the base board insert that is included makes carrying heavy items more stable. The canvas material is thick and durable. The overall size is large enough to carry a week's load of groceries, but small enough to fit in any elevator. I like how the handle can stay put in any position so the handle doesn't fall to the floor when you let go of it so you can open your door.
CON's: I wish the wheels were rubber, but alas, they are hard plastic. The wheels aren't the most quiet when you're transporting it down the hallway.
Overall, this was one of the best purchases we've made since changing our lifestyle. Soon after we moved in, we noticed other people with hand wagons similar to this one or the same exact brand but different color. And some people still have the old fashion metal grocery cart. After seeing what everybody else had, we still think we bought the best one. Just need to test it out on sand now!

We bought this wagon because we downsized to a condo from a single family home. It's a must if you are making this change or live in a building period. We can't say enough about this wagon, it's awesome!! We haven't used this on the beach yet, which is advertised to do so.
