Youngers that had to grew fast & learn cunning but also without loosing the touch of freshness. A history involving science & humans in fictional characters.
Young Dakota is a character well develop, so tri-dimensional. Young, inexperience but learning fast; a jewel of Fonseca's Crown.
The plot is fast but leave space to breath some air (after a few chapters, of course). Intense & emotional too. The main & supporting characters good or bad well moved in the space the author had place.
As I love to read & HATE: S P O I L E R S & respect the author writing is like too much info gave from Reviews, I'm the spoiler. Me, nooo😄
Is important to notice that you need to like the genre you're reading or let yourself explore a new genre.
I saw the book, like the premise, read the reviews and decide to give it a try. I'm not dissapointed at all. Been ready to follow this author.
Collide gives the reader a look inside what happens when experiments get out of hand by a power hungry man. I felt like I was right there with Dakota, Josh, and David on their journey. There is so many feelings going on in this story: Dakota's confusion on her life of what is real and what is lies and there's love, hate, and loss; just to name a few.
I would love to see this story continue and I would recommend it to everyone that likes a little mystery with their paranormal.
This is a complimentary copy from the author for an honest review.
I'm definitely getting the next book!
