How customer reviews and ratings work

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

5.0 out of 5 starsInteresting!!!

The book reads like a spy novel which I really found engrossing! A real page turner! What I find really interesting is that NONE of the one star and two star reviews are verified purchased reviews! So I’m guessing that some Trumper-trolls are putting fake reviews up!!! Not surprising in the least! Great read! Really good book!!! Bravo Mr. Harding!!!

Luke Harding is an accomplished journalist who got his chops as Moscow bureau chief for a leading British newspaper. He earned the right to tell this story and witnessed many events firsthand. He introduces the reader to Christopher Steele, a highly qualified and much maligned M16 intelligence officer forced into private practice. Luke writes with objectivity reflective of his journalistic training and suspense befitting a top-selling spy novel. I read this book, then ordered and read Gen. Michael V. Hayden's book and another by James R. Clapper. I recommend all three, plus Jane Mayer's just-released article in the New Yorker magazine (24 Sept 2018) if you really want to appreciate the motivations behind, causes, and effects of Russian meddling in the U.S. and other national elections. Scary!

5.0 out of 5 stars Necessary Reading in the Trump Era

I plowed through this book and found it enlightening and well-researched. Although supporters of Trump keep up the mantra of “no collusion”, this book does much to disprove the claim. This work of Harding is powerful in part because it puts years of reporting together into one coherent narrative. The connections between Trump and his associates/Family to Russia are many and this author does a beautiful job weaving together, with evidence, how deeply entwined they are. The story is not yet complete but in reading this book, the citizenry is more thoroughly informed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Luke Harding's Collusion provides Americans enduring benefit by authoritatively documenting who Donald Trump is.

This book has long-term, historic value. It goes far beyond what Donald Trump did. It documents with authority who Donald Trump is. His record of involvement in crime, corruption and essentially treason will long guide Americans in avoiding tragedy. Unlike Trump's activity after 2013, his earlier history will not be dramatically revised or updated from the account documented in this book. Americans are greatly indebted to Mr. Harding.

This is an in depth account of what actually happened between Russian operatives and Trump associates leading up to the 2016 election. After reading the accounts of the behavior of various American and Russian operatives, it is difficult to come to any other conclusion than the conclusion that Trump's associates conspired with Russia to throw the election to Trump. Also that Trump clearly knew what was happening and not only accepted Putin's help to win but also encouraged it. There is a lot more we don't know and, it will probably be years before we learn all the details, if ever! This book is well worth your time and money.

5.0 out of 5 stars A short informative piece by a well informed journalist

Easy to read. I continue to go back to it for information. I recommend this for anyone who wants to know how Putin put his plan into effect, how it was carried out, and how cheap it is to wreck a democratic election with bots and trolls and Facebook. The addition of Manafort who supplied Kilimnik with information as polls and changed the platform on Ukraine was quite an addition. Manafort was a "volunteer" and we all know Trump likes free labor.

Harding was thorough and kept the story going. I wanted to learn more. He kept the tease too long. I found myself exhausted from the repetition of information already provided. I understood the reason for the repetition. Maybe he thought I'd forget what I already read, I didn't. Turns out I knew much of it through reading newspapers and watching Rachel Maddow. Was it worth my time? That is always my question when I finish any book.mmso, yes, it was worth my time. If you are interested in how THIS president, in this time, became the leader of the free world, this book will answer some of your questions.

5.0 out of 5 stars Light in the land of smoke and mirrors

Given the purposely created confusion surrounding the Russian investigation, it has been a great relief to find a book that clearly sets out the history and issues in a quite readable narrative. Now I understand Trump’s panic on learning that Mueller might be exploring his business dealings and insistence that this was “crossing a line”. I find it fascinating that one never hears the old adage “where there’s smoke there’s fire” anymore. Or hear the story of “The Emperor’s New Clothes” being told. Common sense seems to have become a casualty in this age of hyper-information overload.

The list of Russian names at the back is the key. There are so many complicated Russian names, it's hard to keep track of them all. It's obvious, after reading this book, why Trump is a criminal.
