The variety of colors came in handy for my baking needs. The stores don't carry anything more than the four basic colors, so I'm glad I found this. I used it to make royal icing, and everyone was impressed with how the cookies came out.

Wonderful for fondant

I purchased this to color find it only. To make jet black and dark red you have to use a lot more than other colors, but it looked amazing! Adding more food coloring softens fondant though. The bright pink took very very little coloring to turn out bright. Overall, I’m very pleased with this food coloring for fondant.

I forgot that I had ordered a set prior to ordering my 2nd set, mom brain, so I tried to cancel the order as soon as I realized my mistake which was only 3hrs, turns out they had “already shipped” (no they hadn’t) so they couldn’t cancel my order and sent me the item instead, which I thought was fine because I could return it, well turns out you can’t, it says item isn’t eligible for returns, great. Just be wary of shops like these.
These tiny bottles of food coloring did the job, I used approximately 5-6 drops for each playdoh portion (1 cup of flour split into 4 portions). After setting them aside overnight the color did settle some more and it became brighter so I think 4-5 drops would’ve been sufficient. They’re not the best I’ve tried but they do the job for a good price point. I make playdoh for my kids at least once a week and was spending too much on other brands, this seems ok for $8.

I'm not really sure if the colors are supposed to be flavored as well, but I couldn't really taste any flavor. The colors, however, are gorgeous! Just to try them out I decorated my son's birthday cake using a toothpick so I could see the difference in colors. I'm more of a summer baker, so I look forward to using them to color my cakes, frosting and cookies! The colors are bright and the two shades of red are perfect, the "sunset red" has more yellow to it than the other.

The colors were excellent and the variety was great. I used them for a centerpiece at my daughters birthday party and for the price I couldn't beat it.the bottles are small but the colors are bold enough that I only needed 1 drop and I had to water some of them down to get them to where I wanted.
