Purchased this after one of their live performances where they'd supported The Jezabels. Held in high esteem in their homeland (they're from Austria) they sound like a mix of A-ha & the Two Door Cinema Club. The start is a bit slow 'Demons I' but then 'Words' supercharges us along in the race & complexities of life "and now we lost it again" "someone better break the fall" "I'll settle for you" is quite majestic. 'Cold Blood' takes us down a bit then 'Fade Out' is melodic melancholic brilliance "and I keep my heart beat from fading out". Then follows 6 adrenalin fuelled numbers with urgent melodic aspects with fine nuances finally ending with another quiet reflective slab in 'Demons II'. Melancholy meets hope in quite an incredible slightly different indie soundscape setting. Highlights are 'Fade Out', 'Fire', 'City Nights' & 'Doubt/Thrones'. Shimmering guitars hard driving drums epic indie pop hymns against a backdrop of brilliant lyrics.

Similarly like another reviewer I happened to find this band as they filled the support slot for The Jezabels in Dresden and I was very pleasantly surprised, so much so that I bought the album.
