My measurements are: 31"-21.5"-31"; I'm 5'0"; 85 pounds. It hits at about the tops of my thighs and is loose enough to fit a couple of layers underneath. I wore two thin shirts under it today. I could easily have fit a sweater under it in addition.
The hood is super warm as well. A lot of other reviewers mention that the zipper is difficult to operate. It is a bit tricky sometimes. If I were a child, I would definitely have needed help operating it. As an adult though, it's pretty simple, if not the best zipper.
My daughter wore this coat twice before the zipper got completely stuck. Unfortunately, we were out of town and it was the only coat I brought, so she had to step in and out of it everywhere we went.
That said, this is an awesome and very very warm coat. I own the "big girl version" and I love it as well. I don't know how that Thermafoil works, but it is amazing! We both stay very comfortable in Alaska in these jackets.
So, off to the tailor I go to have a new zipper installed. Just factor that into the cost of this coat if you buy it.
her teachers have written a note stating they too are having a difficult time zipping the jacket.
I took the jacket to a dry cleaner and paid $40.00 to replace the zipper...
My daughter is now very happy with the jacket...
