Interchange, that means it's three jackets in one. Zip them together and you've got a super warm, all-mountain jacket that's fully seam-sealed, waterproof and insulated. Wear the shell in the spring rains and then wear the liner in the fall chill as you eagerly await a new winter of festive, winter recreation.

Speaking of cold, I live in Minnesota so skiing in temps below 0F are not at all uncommon. Add a long-sleeve shirt to this and a neck gaiter (this is an absolute necessity!) and you cannot lose. Was at Loveland, CO this past season in a cold, heavy storm that dropped over 15" during the ski day and this jacket performed great. Having had (and still have) much more expensive "technical" jackets, I really think this jacket keeps up with them nicely... at 1/2 to 1/4 the cost.
I use this jacket as my goto everyday winter jacket. This jacket will keep whatever it is covering up warm, even in harsh weather. The hood can be adjusted and extended as necessary, and the back flap can protect you if you happen to sit on a wet surface. Definitely repels rain and snow and will not allow wetness to go through the material.
Warmth was good during my brief time with it.
