Should you pass the height requirement, also take into account the sizing says L for 42-45, but I'd place it on the higher end of that spectrum. I typically wear a 42 jacket and it's definitely big around the torso, although not terribly so.
For your reference, I found a (non-tall) Large to be the proper length, still a bit big in the body. Will update once I've tried a (regular) Medium.
As for the build quality itself... it's a little thin. Seems warm/comfortable/otherwise well constructed.
Update: Medium (not tall) fits quite well.
I'm 6'3" and even I found the Large very long, its great for me but unless you are very tall you may not need the tall size option.
It's a bit thin. I'd consider this a lightweight fleece. I did not intend to buy a lightweight fleece.
THE FUZZ. You absolutely cannot wear this as it arrives. I expect the problem to be resolved with a wash or two, but c'mon Columbia. Seriously? I wore it to the office with a light blue shirt. The shirt is light blue. ALL that darker material is a complete covering of fuzz. I'm not talking about just the large fuzz in the photo. The shirt is COVERED with fuzz. I've had many fleeces, some from no-brand companies and I've never seen anything like this. At the absolute very least it should include a warning, but really columbia should take care of this before selling it to me imho.
I do have a minor complaint, the zippered hand pockets. The zippers are not so comfortable, they unzip downward so if your hands are resting in your pocket your wrists are sitting on the zipper mechanism. Not a big deal as I don't use them to keep my hands warm.
Thanks to Amazon for covering the shipping both ways...they're the best.

It's a nice spring/fall jacket, though definitely not as prescribed 'when temps plummet' style winter wear as it will not keep you warm even in moderate winter temps, best worn... Read morePublished 4 days ago by WSKane

I am 6'6" and 260lbs and I have a long torso. I love the Columbia makes tall sizes, but this jacket feels extra tall in ways that I am not used too. Read morePublished 1 month ago by Kip
