This is a very comfortable, long jacket that has held up well on daily dog walks in the rain. I lover the zippered pockets and the fact that it is lined. I have large upper arms and it can be hard to find a jacket that does not cut off my arm movement. With this jacket I can swing my arms all around and they are never cut short. It’s not a jacket for really cold days, because it is a thin windbreaker material over a very thin fuzzy liner, but layering is easy.

This jacket is exactly what I wanted, and considering the quality it was absolutely worth the price. I bought the 2x. If you are used to buying 2x in other shops, do know that this jacket runs on the larger side. It fits really well on me, and I would suggest it for people who wear 2x or 3x.

The biggest plus for me is the lining. It’s such a joy to wear in spring, when it’s all rainy and a bit cold.
Adjustable sleeves are nice too.

Only downside is that petite people may have an issue with the length of the sleeves and the torso. The sleeves are too long on me but thank goodness it’s adjustable!

I had been looking for this exact jacket on the Dick’s sporting goods website and on other websites because I fell in love with the color. The computer screen and my phone (on every website) Show the most lovely powdery ice blue, an early morning sky color. Beautiful. But that color was sold out everywhere in my size, I’m a 5’4 200 pound former athlete, muscular but too curvy for regular sizes, so I am between a 1x and 2x. I was so happy to find it on Amazon. I was shocked when it arrived. The blue is nothing like the picture. The actual jacket is high quality and a Good length; i wanted something that covered up my rear completely, it’s an excellent weight for spring and light rains, and the hood fits well, unfortunately the sleeves are lined with a soft material and not a silky material, making it very difficult to put on. If you have old injuries or arthritis, no way can you get this on without discomfort. But the real problem is the color. It’s a very tacky, candy colored blue, like a gumball from a machine in the 70s, absolutely nothing like the subtle and uplifting blue in the color. I checked four times it is the exact same jacket but the color does not translate properly. If you’re buying this jacket for the color, like I was, because you really wanted something in this light blue, this isn’t going to make your heart sing. It is a decent jacket otherwise but very overpriced.

This product arrived two days early, the fit is perfection and the colour is better than I expected. I bought this coat in the pink/ salmon colour in size Medium for hiking/ camping/ everyday wear and it’s so stylish! Also, the darting in the back of the jacket (around the waist and rear) makes it such a flattering fit on the female body. I usually am a size Small in Columbia products. I read the sizing chart and was so glad that I sized up to a size Medium (I’m a size 6-8 in dress sizes and I’m 140 lbs. and 5”4) and the M fits perfectly. The length (with it hitting just below my rear) is really desirable for a rain coat. And the lining is a thin fabric (in my opinion this is better than a simple mesh lining) and it’s soft and just a little bit warm to cut the chill of a rainy day. Highly recommend this product. I bought this jacket on sale for $63 on Amazon and it’s full price at $90.00 (written on the tag) is an indicator of the quality of this jacket. I’m in love with it! I can’t wait to test this jacket camping.

And the light liner helps ensure I don't feel sticky inside the jacket. My only complaint is that the pockets are in a weird spot so if I have something rigid like my phone or a bank card, it feels like it's in the way when I bend over.

I had been looking for a good, basic rain jacket for months, have tried on many, and I was very pleased to find this one. The colour is perfect, it’s lightweight, lined and is a good fit overall. I normally wear 16-18, and ordered a 1X. It seems to be well made, though time will tell. The back has narrow seams to give it a bit of shaping. The only thing I wish it had (I would be willing to pay extra) was a two way zipper so I could open it from the bottom when sitting. I find the sleeves a bit long, but that’s minor.
