The photos depict a paper envelope, similar to ones that I've used and liked in the past. These are, in fact, thin limp plastic. I'm sure they're great if you're expecting plastic. Not so much if you want what's pictured.

What was ordered was security tinted white paper envelopes. What was delivered was mylar envelopes. These will probably work, but I am disappointed that what I ordered was not correctly filled.
