In this new, improved, and expanded edition of his PICK-6 book, Professor Bluskov again delivers the best lottery systems to the attention of lotto players from around the world. A total of 128 current world record least expensive systems for a broad range of guarantees are presented. This book offers the newest and best on lotto systems (wheels). It is a book of interest to every lottery player or a group of players who wish to play their numbers in an organized and balanced way. Lottery systems (wheels) guarantee wins in the same way a single ticket does while allowing playing with many numbers (7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,... etc.) For instance, a single ticket guarantees a 4-win if four of the player's numbers are drawn. A lottery system is a well-organized set of tickets, giving the same guarantee, while allowing the players to use as many numbers as they wish. For example, system #24 from the book guarantees a 4-win whenever four of the player's 14 numbers are drawn; system #25 guarantees a 4-win whenever four of the player's 15 numbers are drawn, etc. Systems with many other guarantees are presented in this excellent strategy book. Each system has been constructed by Dr. Bluskov's new techniques of combinatorial and computer optimization, and, therefore, gives the most economical way of playing for a certain guaranteed win. All of these systems are world records in terms of performance (achieving certain guarantee in the minimum possible number of tickets). The book is the only one on the subject which is written by a mathematician and a lottery expert and we believe it is the best one in existence. The book offers a huge number of improvements in the area of classical lottery systems. Many features of the book are completely new for the genre, for example, systems with double and multiple guarantees and tables of possible wins. Other unique features include the presentation and organization of the material: Each system appears as a separate article, including a table of all possible wins; comments on various characteristics of the system, such as minimality, balance and density; and the system itself. The book provides the tools to make playing the lottery as entertaining as playing a table game and gives the player strategies to attack the jackpot in a balanced and well-organized way. No mathematical knowledge is needed to either play or understand the lottery systems, which makes the book accessible to virtually every lottery player or a group of players. --From the publisher
About the Author
The author has worked as a freelance writer for a number of lottery publications in Europe and North America, and has spent many years in research in Combinatorics, a branch of Mathematics, which, among other things, deals with combinatorial lottery systems (or coverings, as they call them in Combinatorics). He holds several academic degrees, including Ph.D. in Mathematics, and works as a university professor. Dr. Bluskov has written over 20 research papers related to lotteries and over 200 publications on lottery systems. The objects presented in his book originate from the most recent research in the area, and are based on his expert knowledge of the subject.

A very good system that makes playing the lottery fun knowing you are playing for less while maximizing your chance of winning.
Created by both Professor Bluskov and his colleagues who have used their specialized knowledge in combinatorics and optimization algorithms and the staggering power of modern super computers to crunch through millions of combinations, the book is not only packed with the latest World Record rated Wheels (many of which are proven mathematically ‘Minimal’ - meaning they cannot be improved upon), but also includes a favorite of Prof. Bluskov: a fresh new class of Wheels with Multiple Guarantees. For example his System # 102 (Pick6 15No’s 2x(4if6)=30c) Wheel at page 258 offers twice the (4if6) guarantee in only 30 combinations/games/panels, whereas the single guarantee needs 19 combinations/games/panels.
Most of the few typos in the older editions, mainly relating to another welcome new feature, the Possible Winnings Guarantee Tables which compliment each Wheel, are ironed out in this definitive edition. Thus for example continuing from the example above we can see by reference to the appended Table that if you have guessed all 6 numbers correctly out of your group of 15, then your chance of netting 5 or better is given by: 0.60+1.50+8.09+17.08+5.69=32.96% or roughly one in three. The all guiding Wheel Index at the front still has some unneeded typo spaces however, the all important Wheels appear Error Free and unchanged from the previous edition. I cannot wait for a Pick 7 addition to this wonderful stable of books, as might Kindle and Kobo addicts, hope for the e-book format.
Whilst, no Wheel can ever claim to improve your odds of winning the Lotto; If you would like more joy and excitement by playing with a larger pool of numbers, guaranteed returns if the pre-conditions are met, and faster checking of your own entries, then this book is a must. To my way of thinking using the above example, it is easier for the winning 6 numbers to fall within a group of 15, rather than from any smaller group, usually 6, and when you guess 6 within the 15 the Wheel gets you automatically to 4 correct out of the needed 6, not once, but twice, and then each time you only need the other 1 or 2 from the remaining 11 to score 5 or more. Lucky and not, all my significant Wins involved the use of Wheels, and the majority of them were Prof. Bluskov’s!
If you use his System 20 and pick 10 numbers, it will max out the wins for any of the 'drawn' numbers from your chosen ten; but as even ten numbers out of 49 still leaves 39 that you didn't choose, the odds on winning are still slim.
This is not a criticism of the book whatsoever, I just want potential buyers to understand that this is a way of maxing out any wins that you do get, if you successfully pick e.g. three or more 'drawn' numbers. Instead of winning e.g. $80, you could win $80 three or four times over in the same ticket batch.
