The Common Core Guidebook is AWESOME!!! There's so much valuable information to help us, as teachers, truly understand the meaning of the Common Core Standards and how to teach these to our students. You've made everything so clear and simple to follow and understand. I love the way you've weaved the standards into the various ways of teaching them. This helps students understand the language of the Common Core standards better. The activities that you've used to demonstrate each standard are outstanding!

The big standards are listed and compared between 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. It's wonderful to see them spread out and how they compare like that. As a 6th grade teacher, it makes it easier for me to see what they will be expected to do when they leave me for 7th grade.
The charts are great. Every graphic organizer has an example of how it is to be used and lesson ideas are provided. My favorite part--book suggestions for each standard! I've purchased some for my class library and my students love them!
I've shared this book with our dean of curriculum, she loves it too! She's ordering the elementary book and the middle-school book for all of our teachers. I hope something will be coming out that is very similar for the literature and writing standards! This book is so easy to navigate and incorporate.
Would also like to see a shorter and more easily accessible passages listed in the suggested text as there are a lot of books and I don't have time to chase down/teach a whole book or money to buy them.
Looking forward to sharing with colleagues!
