"...unlike many Da Vinci Code wannabes, the internal logic holds together." Publishers Weekly
From the Author
On one level The Compass Master belongs to the genre shared by Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code. Then again, book critic Janet Maslin of The New York Times once wrote a review called "Dear Dan Brown, All Eyes Are on You" in which she pointed out how the "Brown formula" is used in many new novels.
I am happy to report that The Compass Master is original and different enough to break several of the formula's rules while still remaining a spine-tingling, thrilling read.
