this book is certainly one of the great ones.

so simple and rings true. When you complement this with the Finding Mastery podcast, you will find the tools to help you find your authentic self. Dr. Mike and Coach Carroll have exercises for you to do that with time invested, creates the awareness and space for you to find your personal philosophy and from there, everything can fall into place. Takes a ton of work amd just reading won’t get you there. The right work does and this book is certainly one of the great ones.

Extremely fine work , commonsensical , down to earth and filed with scientific support. This work was found feasible and effective in many different life scenarios. it just make sense and is delivered in a simple but profound way.

The best way to learn is from the best. Great pacing and easy to put into action. Dr. Gervais is very articulate with talking about psychological framework, mindfulness practices and more. I enjoyed hearing stories of other athletes and examples of how they trained confidence, visualization, and also the insights from Pete Carroll.
