This is a well thought out and concise book with great examples that you can apply to your skill set immediately. Great details for all the major steps of the sales process and is action oriented, wanting you to exercise what you learn in the each section. I recommend this book to newbie sales people through seasoned veterans. It's a solid addition to any sales professional's library.
While I don't operate in a customer facing role, I have been able to apply the insights gained to my interviews and promotions as I must sell myself to my employer. Some tips were easily practiced while others took some time to gain an understanding. Regardless, I would not be at my current post without this book. Thank you.
