A couple of notes on this. It does not come fully assembled. That's not really much of a negative, but it is something to be aware of. There are directions by way of a diagram in the box, but it could be more clear, and all text is in Chinese (my Chinese is terrible).
Secondly, after assembly, the switches were not being actuated when I moved the joystick, even pushing all the way. This joystick was not working in a four way capacity, and definitely wasn't triggering in an eight way capacity.
The reason I'm giving two stars, instead of one is that I believe this product might work with some adjustment of the metal leafs on the microswitches. However, I returned mine, because I feel I shouldn't have to tinker with it to get it to work. I'll be springing for a new joystick from a more reputable brand. These might work for you if you're willing to use very low quality, and possibly requiring some adjustment to function, as the price is excellent (around $11 right now).
