“Papazian helped pave the way for that seismic shift in beer culture. Among his laundry list of accomplishments, he went on to literally write the book on homebrewing…It’s one of the first and best-known books on the subject.” -- Food & Wine

Just an update after looking at the book again: the great Papazian should really be embarrassed by the book at this point. Two examples: 1) telling people to boil 15 pounds of honey and 2) cringe-y photos of women kneeling in front of men "filling bottles". Grow up, guys, it's not 1977.
