Days 7-10 were a breeze, my clothes were feeling loose and my body felt incredibly light.
Temptation to eat food and cheat on the cleanse is there, but having a great support system is the key. My Boss and co-workers also did the cleanse (7 of us total) only 3 of us completed the 10 day cleanse. I took it further by following the criteria for after the cleanse. Eating Broth, raw veggies, and fruits.
I would definitely do this cleanse again.
As much as I like this book as a good source for general body cleansing, I find it a little one-sided. There are a number of other good cleansing methods that concentrate on specific body parts such as liver, kidneys, bones and joints, etc. A very good reference for these cleansing programs is a book titled Can We Live 150. In the other book titled Cure the Incurable the author focuses on home-made remedies designed to not only cleanse your body but to also fight some incurable diseases such as diabetes, cancer, etc.
My weight went from 207 the night before the first day and is now around 194. Pretty good. I have exercised consistently through out the 10 days. The laxative part wasn't too bad. I have a lemon tree at home so that was convenient. I like the taste of the mix. BTW, I made 8 servings in the am and took the ingredients with me all day so I could make the juice on the go. That was great!
I am so ready to eat again. This took a lot of commitment and effort but was worth it. Will I gain the weight back again quickly? I dunno, but if I can change a few things with my diet, then I'll be in good shape. Otherwise, I'll eat how I eat and maybe do the cleanse once a year before summer.
