Introduction starts by explaining that diet is about removing processed foods and saturated fats but uses Velveeta as an ingredient.
It continues to say that Mediterranean diet emphasizes eating plant based but this book is heavy on meat recipes.
Very frustrating to navigate. I should have gotten the kindle version (if at all) but I like a print recipe for easy following. This does not work for me.
