About the Author

A former Walt Disney World concierge supervisor, Julie Neal has spent over 1,500 days at Disney World, not counting her time behind the desk. Her husband Mike is an award-winning photographer. The couple, their teenage daughter and their ageless dog live right next door to Disney in Celebration, a town designed and built by the Walt Disney Co. The family's neighbors include various Disney management execs, a husband and wife who perform in Disney's Spirt of Aloha Dinner Show, and a young woman who is, as they say, good friends with Tinker Bell.

I placed this order on December 29 and it is still listed as "unavailable" even though it was supposedly released months ago. I am officially giving up. Not sure whose fault this is - author, publisher - but someone dropped the ball big time.

Every year this author promises a book and falls through each and every year. It was a pre-release and not unavailable.

I don't want to be notified when it is available - I want to be notified if it will ever be published. Come on, let's have some real information here. The public is owed an explanation. It's been over four months. Fish or cut bait.

When will these books be available?! I have pre-ordered 2013 and 2014 and neither were published. If 2015 doesn't come through I will have to give up for good.. which would be a shame because my family loved the previous editions of these books!
