Very thorough collection of the works of Lewis Carroll. This book, which not only includes both Alice in Wonderland as well as Through the Looking Glass, also includes many other shorter fiction stories, most of which, I was unfamiliar with.
His collections of All of his poetry is also included in this very well laid-out , and illustrated edition of Lewis Carroll's works.
I know that Sometimes books are advertised to be illustrated... This book Is Illustrated, probably with the original illustrations from the first edition. Very Recommended reading !

Wow, all of Lewis Carroll's work in one, inexpensive and easy-to-carry-and-store purchase! Nicely illustrated, except I wish many of the illustrations and photographs were larger, but I'm glad to have them at all, especially in a Kindle edition. I haven't looked over everything yet (there's a LOT, and I just bought it), but the format seems easy to navigate. Although I have something similar in hardcover book form, I'm happy to have the all the novels, poems and other writings - plus biographies - in a Kindle version.

Lewis Carroll is great. I just re-read Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through The Looking Glass for the first time in many years and I really enjoyed them. I haven't read the rest of this book recently but years ago I read Sylvie and Bruno which was pretty good but pales in comparison to the Alice books. Some of the nonsense verse is also quite good, especially the Hunting of the Snark. Carroll was really one of the great English fantasy writers and the Alice books are classics which everyone should read.

Originally I posted a review stating that this collection was a disappointment because of the bad reproduction of the original artwork. Delphi saw that review and acted upon it. The new version of this book is a dramatic improvement and worthy of a place in your collection. I always felt that the artwork of Sir John Tenniel added greatly to the stories and now it's reproduced here in a much clearer way.
