This collection of academic research on Complexity Leadership Theory was wonderful to read. I enjoyed the broad range of leadership, management and organisational theories and practices relating to Complexity Science. I also liked how it brought clearer insights on both corporate and educational leadership and practices. An excellent book. I recommend it for any person interested in understanding the emergent dynamics of culture and leadership. As an educational leader/facilitator, this book has inspired me to reflect more on how school planning processes must embed cultural strategies and management as part of collective strategic outcomes.

I wanted a hard copy version to compliment my Kindle version. It's a pretty good intro to Complexity Leadership Theory and pretty easy read too.

I enjoyed reading this book. It's a series of papers by scholars in the field of leadership and complexity. I used it as a source for my final project while completing my Master's Degree. The papers are good and provoke critical thinking about leader development.
