So everything says 3/8", guess what? The connection you have to make from the reel isn't! How dumb is that? Their own hose is 3/8", bit not the connection you need to make! Bunch of crap not to provide the right threads. I'll buy local next time.

I bought this unit for my woodworking shop. The overall construction is excellent, with heavy gauge steel and a very nice finish. Stout mounting bolts are included, and hanging it was a snap. The spring action is smooth so it's easy to reach all corners of my large shop. It also comes with a high-quality rubber hose that should last for many years. There is practically no leakage, so my air compressor rarely needs to cycle except when I'm using it.
