At the start, you may feel a little discomfort because your support has shifted and your legs are doing more work for you than before. After this starting period, you will feel fine.
I recommend that after you sit in the chair, start out sitting in it for short periods of time and gradually start sitting for longer periods. If you start to feel discomfort of any kind, stand up, walk around and then sit back down. Don't try to sit for an hour right off the bat.
I would have given this five stars but, THIS CHAIR DOES NOT COME WITH FREE SHIPPING! With shipping add $12.00 to the listed price.
When I contacted the company, they apologized and gave me a full refund. They said they would send me another leg and tool, which they never did. I decided to try the chair anyway, and borrowed a drill from my neighbor to drill the hole.
I've been using the chair for about a month now, and everytime I sit in it, I hear a cracking noise. I'm only 110 lbs, and the chair is breaking underneath me. I would recommend this chair for children since I am short, but the chair is simply too small to be sat in the kneeling position.
In short: its not worth $99.
If it had a wood connection in the front, as it does in the back, then the legs wouldn't be so pliable/flimsy.
Would not buy again.
Yoga chair here probably means that once you bought and assembled it you will need yoga exercises to calm you down... Unfortunately, my lower back prevents me from sun prayers and lotus positions. I guess I will end up with this pain in the (lower) back and will have to deal with the fact that I have just wasted 100 bucks. Spare yourself the hassle; invest more for a better chair.

More like a chair for a child. I have the original I bought in Europe and it fits like a glove. This chair doesn't fit an adult.Published 16 months ago by MGinSA
