I enjoyed the color combination of this flat iron, which is a big reason I purchased it. It worked fine but the huge flaw is that the plates don't completely touch all the way through. This means having to clench it tighter to get it normal. I wouldn't suggest this item as it'll probably give you symptoms of arthritis in the long run. It's inconvenient to have to use a lot of strength just to use this product.
Otherwise it heats up fast with 5 different temperatures to choose from & it can be locked in a clamped position for storage.

I have 3B/3C curly hair, so I was skeptical about buying such a cheap flatiron. However, to my surprise, this flatiron worked so well! It gives you options/suggestions of the temperature based on your hair type. I used the highest setting (410 F) & it made my hair silky straight. Highly suggest!

I love this straightener because it is very easy to use. I purchased the one-inch flat iron in white. The plates glide so smooth and my hair does not get caught. This straightener did not pull any of my hairs and did not leave my hair with a burning smell like many other straighteners in the past have. Its comes in multiple temperature settings, you chose the temperature control and there is a red light that blinks, once the red light stops blinking and becomes a solid red the straightener is now ready to use. It also comes with a great lock feature to hold the plates down together for better storage! The wire is a great length so you do not have to be standing right next to an outlet. I used the straightener at 374 F, I did have to go over some strands multiple times. Great value for the price. I would recommend giving it a try.

Heats up stupid fast! Love that there are 5 temperature settings to choose from.
My hair is light blonde, regularly highlighted, thicker and coarser so I started at 338 F but moved up to 374 F and the hotter it got the faster it straightened with less passes.
I used 1 or 2 passes each time and it was perfection. I haven’t even used it at the highest temperature of 410 F yet so I can only imagine how much faster it will be then, will probably only need one pass.
Made my hair very soft. There is no pulling.
It’s also very easy to use for making beach waves. I was impressed. I used to hate using a flat iron for waves but with this one its a breeze.
Good weight but not bulky or heavy.
When you turn it off it doesn’t take long to cool down.
And lastly, I love the white and rose gold colouring!
Again, this was my first use experience so will see how it handles for the next 30 days but so far I am very happy with it and for the price it not only looks amazing, it does the job very very well. :)

This was the cheap one I ordered. The reviews seemed decent. It’s a really low quality product. In the past, I’ve had good conair products, but this is definitely not one of them. I attached two pictures to this review.
One picture shows plastic shavings that were originally sticking out from behind the ceramic plates. The other picture is of plastic that wasn’t properly shaved off the straightener when it was manufactured.
It heats up quickly, there is definitely a gross smell, but that’s probably from plastic shavings that I was unable to pull out.
I would not recommend this as a permanent product. This one is only going to be used for a month before I toss it (or donate it if someone will take it)
